The Eraring Residents Associations Response to the ISEPP Amendment –Sport and Recreation

The existing Myuna Bay Sport and Recreation centre is bounded by Whiteheads Lagoon, Origin Energy buffer zone, Lake Macquarie City Council picnic grounds and Lake Macquarie. It is a different world from the proposed Lake Eraring Centre which is in the midst of private properties in the E4 Environmental Living zone. The concept of locating a 30-million-dollar development in Eraring is unacceptable to Eraring residents.
